Brilliant stuff! I have been reading most of the content here, one topic I have maybe missed (and with 2024 around the corner...) is what you would consider good long and shorter term metrics or better OKRs that indicate that the transformation from agency to product company is on the road to success? Like mentioned here of course a growing ratio of SAAS vs Services revenue is a no brainer but what else? Also I would not put a revenue target directly on the plate of a freshly created product team. So what would you say are good OKRs on the business and on the product team level?
